Quantum Well-Being recognizes the natural ability of your body-mind-spirit to seek homeostasis (balance). I provide coaching, stress relief tools, biofeedback, and energetic methods to awaken and facilitate your natural return to balance and inner well-being.

The body-mind-spirit always seeks a homeostasis, or balance, in Life. You handle the balance of body-mind-spirit in a style uniquely yours. When stress becomes excessive, you therefore experiences this stress in a unique combination of the aspects of body-mind-spirit. With coaching and biofeedback if appropriate, body-mind-spirit can be re-balanced and and returned to homeostasis.

Your body-mind-spirit can be queried about the stresses affecting it.  Your body-mind-spirit will work at both the conscious and unconscious levels to relieve external stresses when given the appropriate feedback. In providing coaching and biofeedback, I am sending a “wake-up call” to body-mind-spirit. I recognize the value of gently reminding the body-mind-spirit of what it already knows how to do so well — to keep you in balance to operate at highest levels of well-being. Sessions are designed as progressive awakenings for your natural healing ability, and sessions support you in achieving homeostasis easily and gracefully.

Approach:

You and I start from the premise that your body-mind-spirit knows what is needed to return to balance. It’s my role to call forth your wisdom, knowingness, and awareness, so that unnecessary stresses are released easily and gracefully. I use coaching, education, biofeedback, and energetic balancing as tools to facilitate the the process for your body-mind-spirit. You will learn about new activities and life-style changes that help you create and maintain stress relief. You will also be educated on vibrational support for the healing process, from methods such as flower essences, essential oils, and crystal essences. I validate you for your ability to reach your optimal health and well-being, and serve as an educational resource, so you have the tools to make choices that enhance your journey to vibrant well-being.

What occurs during a series of coaching or biofeedback sessions?
The first session with me has three objectives: it establishes a baseline of your current well-being, you explore your desired outcome for working together, and we begin to defuse the stress you are experiencing.  Each session is customized for you based on your input through worksheets and questionnaires you receive in advance.  I provide coaching and education about stress relief methods and techniques specific to your stress.   One of the stress reduction methods you may decide to select is biofeedback, which can provide stress relief and increased mental clarity, emotional calmness, and increased physical energy levels. The primary biofeedback approach that we take is known as quantum biofeedback, and is described in more detail in the section on Services. You and I will also work with your essential blueprint to help you align your personal energy for optimal well-being.

I provide the worksheets and questionnaires before a session to assist you in pinpointing your biggest stresses. Much of this information feeds right into coaching sessions and biofeedback training that is custom-designed for you. You’ll receive stress reduction education and information on life-style choices to support stress relief during the over-the-telephone or in-person session.
