Books are a method of communicating information, knowledge, and wisdom. There is an aspect of scholar within me that has always loved books.
As you know, each of us as human beings is on our own unique path in life, and the books that appeal to us at any one stage on the path will differ. What was once a favorite may no longer be relevant. A new favorite may have taken its place.
In this section of the site is a list of some titles that contain information about transforming some of the thought systems and habitual behaviors that interfere with well-being. Other titles are collections of helpful methods to ensure well-being. There is truly a vast field of information out there to support each of us on our way to optimal well-being!
I also notice how the nature of books is changing with e-reader technology, and the advent of audio and video presentations by many authors. You may find that books are not your preferred way to enhance your well-being. No problem! If you are a fan of books, you might enjoy the following recommendations.
