Coaching Services

Purpose of Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are designed to help you identify and reduce your major stresses, and develop a healthier lifestyle. As a Coach for stress reduction, I help you to understand your unique stress response, and I give you techniques and solutions to relieve your stress.  I support you in applying these techniques and building a less stressful life. Coaching can be done over the phone, or in person in my office.

How Does Coaching Proceed?:   In an Initial Session of coaching (75 minutes long), we determine the most significant stressors in your life, we develop a plan to reduce the stress, and you set goals for what you want to accomplish.  I provide  you with one or more ways to shift how you respond to your significant stressors.  In follow-up sessions (50 minutes long), we examine how well you are doing with the stress reduction plan, and we make changes as appropriate to your situation.  My clients find that 4 or more sessions help them reach the goals they have for living with less stress and more well-being.  After the Initial Session together, it will become clear to you whether additional sessions are of value.

What do you do next to receive your first Coaching Session?   
If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, there are two ways you can do so. You can request an appointment time using my public Tungle calendar, or you can send me a message here with some dates and times that work for you.  I will get back to you within 24 hours to finalize the appointment.

Once we set the date and time of the appointment, you’ll receive questionnaires and worksheets to help you become more aware of the specifics of what is causing you stress and how you respond to stress.

I encourage you to fill out the questionnaires, and return them to me, in advance of our session.  The increased awareness from answering the questions results in more focus in your life.  Returning the questionnaires also allows me to learn about your essential blueprint and your unique response to stress.  It helps me to focus the session on those stress-reduction exercises and techniques that will best serve you in managing your stress responses.
