I offer customized sessions to support you in four areas:
- to gain clarity about your essential blueprint and current level of well-being,

- to reduce and let go of unhealthy stress, and
- to use stress-reduction tools and methods to live in optimal Well-Being.
I work primarily with women, to assist you with creating balance among the many roles you play in Life. I also have worked with men, with children as young as 7 years old, and with people’s domestic pets – Stress is not unique to a single gender, age or species!
I offer services designed to give you a holistic experience of well-being. Your essential blueprint contains the information for living in holistic alignment. From my perspective, each individual is an integration of body-mind-spirit that can be called “consciousness.” Our consciousness is more than just the physical body that we are all so familiar with.
Imagine, if you will, that each aspect of us has its own body. We therefore can talk about our physical body, our emotional body, our mental body, and our spiritual body as the parts of us, or the bodies, that carry those particular attributes. These bodies nest intimately within the physical body so we don’t necessarily see them. And I can work with you to identify the stresses that affect each of these bodies. My passion is to facilitate and coach you to re-tune these bodies to their highest well-being.
What do you, the client, bring to a session to assure success?
Clients who achieve great results from working with me are willing to entertain the idea that their integrated body-mind-spirit knows what to do to re-balance well-being and create relaxation. If you recognize the role that you play in feeling well, then you and I can work together easily. If you are curious about the link between body, mind, and spirit, and enjoy being in charge of awakening the body’s natural ability to relax and heal, then I can support you with coaching and education. Coaching
As a coach, I support you in achieving specific personal or professional results that are important to you, through facilitating you to find your answers within yourself. The process of coaching honors your unique values, preferences, and perspective on life. It helps you make choices that align with your life.
Coaching helps you to understand and accept where you are now, and discover where you want to be. Sometimes you may not even know where that “where” is, until you talk with a coach. Coaching shows you the choices you have to increase your well-being, and offers specific actions you can take to reach your goals.
If you are reading this page, you are probably interested in letting go of feeling stressed out and overwhelmed, so you can feel more relaxed, in command of yourself, and able to enjoy well-being. You are curious about healthy ways to respond to stress, and want to be more aware of how to stay calm and in control the moment stress starts to escalate. In working with me as your coach, you will learn more about how you handle stress, and you’ll receive tools and techniques to manage situations that previously would have caused you uncomfortable feelings and heightened anxiety.
Coaching can be a single session or a series of sessions. The length of time you work with a coach depends on your awareness of the things that cause you stress and how easily you can put into practice stress-reduction methods and techniques. Some clients have a single specific stress to manage and can learn what they need in a single session. Other clients may want to de-fuse a different stress symptom in a series of meetings. How you desire to proceed is entirely up to you; my role as a coach is to support you in achieving the results you seek.

Biofeedback
One of the resources you have when you work with me as a coach is the stress-reduction method of biofeedback. Biofeedback is literally “responding to life.” It is a method to measure your response to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual stresses in life. Bodies under consistently high stress are more prone to physical discomfort and even illness. The biofeedback response occurs when the body receives new information about its condition (i.e. receives ‘feedback’) and makes healthy adjustments to lessen stress and tension. The result is reduced activity of the sympathetic nervous system and increased vitality. All quantum biofeedback services with me start with the Initial Well-Being Session. Biofeedback sessions take place in person in my office. After the session, I coach and teach you about the life-style choices you can choose that can support and enhance your well-being. Once you have had an Initial Well-Being Session, I offer all subsequent quantum biofeedback services as Individual Biofeedback Sessions or as a Biofeedback Healing Package, a group of 6 discounted sessions.
Individual Biofeedback Sessions: Biofeedback can be experienced as individual sessions to address specific stresses affecting your ability to align with your highest well-being. Once you have received the biofeedback as part of the Initial Well-Being Session, you chose the additional biofeedback sessions to match your schedule, your time considerations, and your budget.
Individual biofeedback sessions allow you to customize which stresses to balance and how often to do the balancing. With individual biofeedback sessions, you can even decide to do a biofeedback tune-up once a year.

Biofeedback Healing Packages: A biofeedback healing package consists of a total of 6 sessions offered at approximately a 20% discount over the cost of the sessions purchased separately.
Most biofeedback healing packages are focused to address a specific type of emotional, mental, or spiritual stress, such as emotional trauma or repetitive and obsessive belief patterns. Many clients find a series of up to 6 sessions will allow them to shift the energies associated with past highly stressful experiences and bring themselves into an enhanced experience of balance, harmony, and well-being.
If quantum biofeedback is a healing modality you are particularly drawn to, and the initial assessment shows a range of small stresses that keep you out of balance, your healing package can be more generally designed to address those areas which the integrated body-mind-spirit is ready to bring into balance at the time of each session.
Sessions within a Biofeedback Healing Package are scheduled on a regular basis (e.g. every 2 or 3 weeks) and are completed within 4 months of your Initial Well-Being Session.
